Managing Director
Graham has over 20 years of operational and management experience in often demanding executive protection environments. He has used this experience to build two successful companies providing private and corporate security services to Fortune 500 companies, executives & VIP's.
Being highly focused, motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a variety of settings, he offers highly diversified experience in both the private security and corporate services industries.
He is blessed to be surrounded and supported by a team of true professionals with diverse yet complimentary attributes, who constantly contribute to BGA Protection's comprehensive, specialised executive protection service.
Thokozani Buthelezi
Executive Director
Thokozani Buthelezi has a special focus on Business Development in both South Africa and abroad.
With over 16 years' experience in the private security industry, he has ensured the safety, security, and privacy of numerous at-risk clients and their families by providing them with a tailored, personalised close protection service. This approach supports our client's cultures and lifestyle and helps them reach their goals whilst keeping them safe, happy and productive.
He has been instrumental in the planning and execution of close protection projects for CEOs, dignitaries, heads of state, celebrities, and numerous other public figures.
Ilde Hugo
Chief Operations Officer
Ilde Hugo has a special focus on operational planning, resources, internal & client relationships, admin & assessments.
With over 15 years' experience in the private security industry she is a highly motivated, confident and diplomatic team-player with strong logistical and planning skills. This enables her to support our clients while travelling both domestically and internationally. She has maintained an extensive network within the law enforcement, intelligence and private sector security industry throughout South Africa and into Africa, which helps her provide a service that keeps our clients safe, happy and productive.
